  • 01. ¿Cómo hago una Recarga para mi teléfono Celular Prepago?

    1. Visita el área de caja registradora, servicio al cliente o el recetario, dependiendo del negocio a donde vayas
    2. Indica que deseas una recarga para tu servicio de prepago con tu compañía celular y la cantidad de dinero que desees recargar. Recuerda deberás saber cuál es tu compañía de servicio celular. La cantidad a recargar varía dependiendo los planes de prepago que tenga tu compañía.
    3. Paga la cantidad de la recarga + el IVU que aplique.
    4. Se te dará un recibo impreso con el número PIN y las instrucciones de cómo entrar el PIN para recargar el servicio prepago inmediatamente.
    5. Sigue las instrucciones para entrar tu PIN. Una vez entrado el PIN, estará tu nuevo balance disponible.

    02. ¿Qué es una Recarga directa (online / RTR)?

    En el caso de AT&T, Boost Mobile, Claro, Simple Mobile y T-Mobile tienes la opción de solicitar la recarga directa a tu celular prepago sin la necesidad de ingresar un número PIN. Indica al empleado que deseas una recarga online o directa utilizando los 10 dígitos del número de celular y la cantidad a pagar. El sistema aplicará la recarga al instante. El empleado te entregará un recibo confirmando la transacción y el balance que tienes disponible luego de procesada la recarga.

    03. ¿Cómo compro un PIN para llamadas de Larga Distancia?

    1. Indica la compañía de larga distancia que deseas con la tarifa más conveniente según el país a dónde vas a llamar. Usualmente los precios son $5, $10 o $20 pero puede variar la cantidad y la tarifa según la compañía de larga distancia que escojas.
    2. Visita el área de caja registradora, servicio al cliente o el recetario dependiendo del negocio donde vayas a comprar y solicita que quieres un PIN para llamadas de larga distancia.
    3. Paga al empleado la cantidad del pin solicitado de Larga Distancia + el IVU que aplique.
    4. El empleado de la tienda te dará un recibo impreso con el número PIN, número de acceso para llamar e instrucciones de cómo utilizar tu PIN de larga distancia.
    • Tarjetas de llamadas larga distancia
    1. Visita el »display» de productos prepagos en tu tienda Walgreen’s, Farmacias Plaza, Farmacias Aliadas, Casa de Empeño La Familia, Anytime, Plaza Loiza, CVS, Econo, Pueblo, Ralph’s Food Warehouse, Supermax, Selectos, Supermercados del Este y To Go Stores más cercana. Busca las tarjetas de llamadas larga disponibles para que escojas la que deseas. (Productos podrían variar por tienda)
    2. Pasa por la caja registradora y entrégale al empleado la tarjeta de larga distancia que escogiste.
    3. Paga al empleado la cantidad de la tarjeta + el IVU que aplique.
    4. El empleado activará la tarjeta y te entregará un recibo confirmando la activación.
    5. Sigue las instrucciones que aparecen en la parte posterior de la tarjeta.

    04. ¿Qué es el envío de minutos a celulares internacionales?

    En nuestros Centros de Recarga, puedes enviar minutos para tus familiares y amigos que viven en la Cuba, República Dominicana, México y Colombia.

    1. Visita el área de caja registradora, servicio al cliente o el recetario dependiendo del negocio a donde vayas e indica que quieres enviar minutos para un familiar o amigo en Cuba, República Dominicana, México o Colombia.
    2. Indica el número de teléfono y el proveedor de servicio en el país a donde vas a enviar la recarga.
    3. Paga la cantidad de la recarga + el IVU que aplique.
    4. El empleado de la tienda te dará un recibo impreso confirmando la transacción. Tambien recibiras un mensaje de texto que confirma la transacción.
    5. Recuerda que debes tener disponible el número de celular prepago de la persona a la que le vas a enviar la recarga.

    05. ¿Cómo recargo una Tarjeta de Débito MIO o MyVanilla?

    1. Visita tu centro de recarga MIO/MyVanilla más cercano.
    2. Entrega la tarjeta MIO o MyVanilla al empleado junto con la cantidad de dinero que deseas recargar a la tarjeta + el cargo por servicio.
    3. El empleado recargará tu tarjeta MIO o MyVanilla al momento y te entregará tu tarjeta junto con un recibo donde se confirma la transacción.
    4. El nuevo balance en tu tarjeta MIO o MyVanilla estará disponible para utilizarlo inmediatamente.

    06. ¿Qué hago si mi número Pin se borro del recibo?

    Deberá pasar por el establecimiento donde compro el PIN con evidencia de que fue en este establecimiento donde compro el número PIN y estos se comunicaran con nuestro Centro de Servicio al Cliente para conseguir su número PIN.

    07. ¿Es necesario llevar conmigo mi teléfono celular cuando voy a recargar mi servicio celular prepago?

    No es necesario llevar contigo tu teléfono celular. Sólo deberá saber con qué compañía tiene su servicio celular prepago. El empleado le entregará un recibo como evidencia de la transacción
